Am I the only person that refuses to fill out a contact page on a website? You want my phone number, name, business name, email, height, etc.... Anyone with a website and that is their only way of contacting you is to fill out the dumb form, you need to seriously rethink your ways, because I am going to your competitors site and buy from them.

Put your first name only and let them know what time to meet you at sonic.

90% of the time they will never contact you if you go through a form.

I hate those! I just want to be able to contact Bojangles and tell them how dirty their restrooms are without filling out all that info. Do you have any idea what my children had to deal with in there? What is customer service coming to

Wow, it must take ten seconds to fill one of those out. Truly awful

Yeah, but then you know that some sales rep is going to call and email you 1000 times.

I hate them too. I usually put the info for people I dislike.

What I hate is when I’m just trying to find a ballpark/planet/universe idea of what something might cost, but I can’t because that info is guarded with their life without filling out a form, waiting for a call and agreeing to an in-home consultation a week or so later.

I just want to know how much it could possibly cost to get my damn yard sprayed for mosquitos, and I’d rather not take a half day off work to meet some dude at my house to get that information.

In my experience, these contact forms are one of four steps that you have to take to talk to somebody who can offer you any help. If this is the only way of contacting a company, I honestly won't even entertain filling it out to send them a RFQ/RFP
