Well there’s a shopping center with a rouse’s going up, but if you’re referring to the building directly next to Chick Fil A, I have no clue. Probably a bank, cleaners or another restaurant

The amount of endless hope that small business has never ceases to amaze me. The land purchase price or rent is always so out of whack compared to sales. You can only sell so much dog crap at any given location. And this is even with all the talk of 15 dollar minimum wage by the socialists.

I honestly can't believe traffic gets through that area after all the construction.
