I was thinking the more modern versions.
Here is one vinyl replacement kit for a Ford Sqiure Wagon.
Wood Grain Replacement Kit for Ford Squire
Never knew that Ford got into Charcoal business after going to vinyl. But Ford back in the day was like Sony, Mitsubishi, and Hitachi. They owned several product lines and slapped their name own it even though they just own the manufacturing plants and not necessarily the technology they sold.

You’ve never seen a lumberghini?

There you go. Those were real wood. The ones from the 60's 70's were vinyl stickers.
Both types existed, but one was not wood, just 'wood look'.

Vinyl, not wood. "Wood-look".

Buick's 1953 Super Estate Wagon and 1953 Roadmaster Estate Wagon were the last production American station wagons to retain real wood construction.

Ford bought a forest of over 300,000 acres and had sawmills producing lumber for cars.
And also started Kingsford charcoal as a way to do something with the wood waste.

You’ve probably flown planes smaller than that behemoth.
