I think it’s time we admit the truth that there’s a rather sizable chunk of women today out there who are sexually attracted to underaged boys. I think the notion of pedos just being pervy men needs to be revisited.

And while I know there’s always been female sexual predators out there, I have to wonder, is this:

A. A growing problem with more women today being sexually attracted to underaged boys? If so, what’s the cause?

Or

B. We just see more of it thanks to social media.

I personally think it’s a mix of both A & B. I think the erosion of traditional sexual morals in today’s society is partially to blame. And I think the availability of social media means we see more cases that in the past we would have never known about.

Thoughts?

Seems that the problem has shifted away from dudes to chicks. Then again, maybe we're just hearing about the chicks due to reporting.

Both Male and female teachers are fricking the students...the males students just brag about it to their friends and the female teachers are too stupid to realize this is going to happen.

Lets start by admitting there are double standards in life, guys win some, ladies win some. The average 16 year old and up railing a hot teacher may be cause for termination, but is in no way a crime.

It’s just reported far more now.

Usually it was hushed up and the teacher moved to another district like a Catholic priest.

The Archdiocese probably disagrees with this notion.

You’re just hearing more about it with the advent of social media and 24 hour news.

Women are getting all of the attention these days. I went to three different high schools, though, and I did not have one, single male coach who wasn't married to a former student/player.

I know for a fact it’s always happened. I agree with you there. But I don’t think it was nearly a common 30 - 40 years ago as it is today.

Just because you hear about something more doesn't mean it is a new problem.

Also, think about a teacher in her 20s. They still have a lot in common with HS aged kids.

Why do a lot of priest molest underaged boys?

I just think Men have gotten smarter and realized its not worth it esp. with the "me too" crap

Women think that they can get away with it because "women are not predators" plus they dont think an underage high schooler/ jr high kid is going to complain.

Bc the celibate lifestyle attracts sexual deviants who are fighting their inner demons.

You completely misread my post. Never said anything about it being a “naw” problem. I’m fact I even said I know for a fact it’s always happened. Try to at least keep up if you want to chime in.

I honestly think it's science/chemistry/biology...female teachers being around all those harmones/pheromones all day every day has to have some sort of affect
