Imagine the strongest guy you know.

Now make him almost 7ft tall and 400lbs and ridiculously explosive.

These guys are literally peerless.

In a ring, Connor might win... Only because big man knows he can kill him.

If a fight to the death, lil guy is dead inside of two minutes.

Heart or no heart, I've watched one of the scrappiest little guys I know get picked up and tossed over the bed of a truck outside of a bar by a 7ft 500lb retard.

There's a video somewhere of me picking Monson up and carrying him out of a bar. I almost pissed myself the entire time I was holding him up thinking he was gonna KO me or kill me.

Conner would destroy that meat head in 2 minutes. size means nothing. One leg kick by Conner and big boy is on his knees. No contest

6'9'' 400 lbs and he's ripped.

McGregor wouldn't have been that lazy though, in a real fight. The problem is that if the big guy gets one or two decent shots, it's over. Conor would have to try to wear him out to stand a chance.

Its not one or two hits, its him getting a hand on him period. If he grabs Connor's wrist it would be over because then he's within flesh-ripping distance.

who wins IRL?

Connor would stand a better chance at winning a boxing bout vs Floyd (which is a huge long shot)

No doubt that Connor is the more skilled and better fighter, but that doesn't matter when you're facing someone so much bigger. He's giving up 250ish pounds and a full foot in height. And it isn't just against some big and clumsy putz. This is an athletic big man and One of the strongest people in the world. Connor could only jab him so much before Mountain grabbed him and ended him.

Not even close. It's a cat vs a mouse.

Also, the mountain is only 28 yrs old.

one leg kick by Conor would probably result in Conor no longer being able to walk.

Is everyone in this thread too young to remember Royce Gracie and the early days of UFC? I hated Gracie at the time because his style was so utterly boring. But it was effective. Huge advantages in size and strength meant nothing against Gracie. All the UFC fighters today study the Gracie-style ground tactics and grappling so maybe he would be slightly less effective but he was a 165 lb terror in the 1990s.

Let's all keep in mind that the mountain was a basketball player before becoming a strongman competitor. So he's pretty athletic aside from being the size of a truck and strong as a fricking gorilla.

He's not an actor by trade. He's a competitive weight lifter and has won the World's Strongest Man competition.

Listen, skill gets you far, but you can't skill your way out of a 6'9, 395 beast. Any hold McGregor has on him, the big guy could power his way out of. And looking at that video, the big guy also has some speed to him for his size. If that was a real fight, i don't think it ends pretty for McGregor.

5'9" 154 lbs vs. 6'9" 395 lbs

Who would you put money on?

Has anyone seen Mariusz Pudzianowski the multiple time world's strongest man fight MMA? His current record is 10-5. Just because you are big and strong doesn't mean shite. I personally use to beat 285 pound wrestlers when I weighed in at a whopping 112 pounds in high school. I am not saying Connor would win 10 out of 10 times but I don't think he would lose all of them either. For the record I don't like Mcgregor.
