You laid out a completely coherent argument including multiple economic factors irrelevant of any of your philosophical views, of which he conveniently ignored.

He’s being cognitively dissonant because he knows he stepped in shite

That would be the assumptions you make about people. Like the fact that you must be an old drunk..

One of the biggest growth demos for weed is Seniors.

The thing is we aren’t even talking about weed. Hemp.

Why anyone would smoke that crap from a gas station when a legal script is easy to get and many states have recreational is beyond me.

So this ends the folks driving down the street smoking marijuana?

Probably the opposite as this change has nothing to do with smoking.. this was a direct attack on the thc beverage industry at the behest of the liquor lobby.

You are really obsessed with my age. Why?

In September, 2006 my oncologist told me while I was still in a hospital bed following the removal of half my colon (yes, I'm a semi-colon) due to having Stage 4 colon cancer that because of the involvement of so many of the lymph nodes removed during my surgery that I needed to get my affairs in order. The statistics were that I would not make a five year survival.

I had school age kids who I wanted to see grow up. But I resigned myself to the fact that would likely not happen.

Yet here I am a little over 19 years later. Kids are grown and have families of their own.

To me reaching the age where I'm being called "old" is a blessing, not a curse.

So thank you for blessing me with your words...

This is like the 5th times you’ve brought this up in just this thread. I don’t know what point you’re trying to make or what sympathy you’re trying to garner. Congrats on not dying, I’m glad you didn’t. That doesn’t change you’re a total fricking moron on the topic at hand

That is kind of a moronic take on this.

But you can still buy thc beverages from the dispensary.

And as someone who is an alcoholic. Smoking weed has never made me stop drinking. And in no way would I ever trade gas station thc beverage for alcohol.

And if it’s for the kids, well if the person at the counter doesn’t ID them, they can purchase alcohol and tobacco too.

You and some others are so emotional about this bill that all you can do is disparage any poster who asks why the THC restriction is bad.

You have been given multiple answers as to why it is bad, yet you're still hanging on to your original question in this thread. All of this bickering could have been avoided had you just said, "Oh, okay." You couldn't do that, though.
