Maybe we need to strengthen the Patriot Act to have all incoming foreign calls intercepted first by an American operator asking the caller's purpose (I'm spitballing, obviously).

They're generally and consistently using Skype (or another VOIP service) to grab or spoof domestic numbers to use as call out platforms. So, I'm not sure this would do any good, at all.

Well, rooty-fricking-tooty for you but it doesn't work for me and millions of other people, hence the need for a new law with more teeth.
Based on the success of govt. agencies in preventing shootings at schools, concerts, movie theaters, bombings at buildings and marathons even spoonfed intelligence and citizen reports I'm sure a new law will work wonders.

Does this mean I won't be able to get calls from my friend, the Nigerian Prince, who needs my help in getting $20 million out of his country?
