What are some decent apartments for purchase in Baton Rouge that are good location, good condition?

Most I see are for rent but I'd like to buy instead.

I need a 1 bedroom preferably. Tired of cutting grass, etc.

Anything within the box of:

Florida Blvd.
Lobdell Blvd.
N. Ardenwood Drive
Renoir Ave.

High end, high class area. Lots of walkable shopping options and future generations will thank you for the investment.

If El Cid isn’t available I’ve heard good things about Bordeaux.

They use to sell condos around Jefferson Hwy and bluebonnet area.

My mother in law lived in a condo that the owner was selling each unit.
I bought one in 1993 for my mother in law for $55,000.

Those may come up for sale every so often.

Jefferson Hwy is a good place to start your search. The 70809. Quick access to Airline, I-10 and I-12, centrally located.
