How long before Stout comes in to start instigating shite again? No doubt he has checked out KG for a criminal record. Probably been on the phone with GFM two or three times today already.

She's very thankful/grateful for the generosity ... and she's expressed to me that she'll be "reimbursed" for the funeral charges that she put on her credit card. She also said prior to knowing that she would, that she was ok with it .. it was important to her that a proper burial to be done for the sake of the mother/girls of Carri.

I thought so too from his original post but was later told it was the daughter.

Sonya, Carri's sister, is going to add either the Aunt or the brother as a beneficiary.

Considering I did none of this the first time, why would I do it now?

As I told you before, quit spreading lies.

None of my business but this is the issue people had with the GFM. It seemed like the family was trying to take control and advantage of it leaving nothing for the kids. Now it looks like the same situation for the insurance policy.

I hope the kids don't get overlooked

2 are under 18 and the other is early 20s ... I'm thinking someone with some money/life experience would be better. AND the 20something isn't his biological daughter. other than those possibilities

I hope ... my honest intent was to try to just let people know what's happened since.

You can put it in a trust that they can't touch until an age you establish.

I certainly appreciate it, it was difficult for me to check in on the other threads - but hopefully with some time and some help, the family can try and move forward in the coming weeks.

100% agree.

The whole premise of a family, who evidently had no money to their name, wanting to spend $15,000 on a funeral, even though they were relying upon others to pay for it, is absurd. Raise that money for the young kids to help them after they lost a parent.
