Masculine or feminine?

Not a real color, so I guess it's transgender.

Feminine.
Unless you are a Vikings, LSU, or Barney fan.

quote:
Traditionally, born in the purple was a category of members of royal families born during the reign of their parent. This notion was later loosely expanded to include all children born of prominent or high-ranking parents. The parents must be prominent at the time of the child's birth so that the child is always in the spotlight and destined for a prominent role in life. A child born before the parents become prominent would not be "born in the purple". This color purple came to refer to Tyrian purple, restricted by law, custom, and the expense of creating it to royalty.

We do not assign gender roles any longer. It is neutral.
Pink? Gender neutral.
Dresses? Gender neutral.
Having a penis? Still neutral, and only masculine if subject identifies with the male gender.

Either. Probably more commonly associated with being feminine, but it's my favorite color, and I'm a straight dude with hair on my back.

It was the color of kings. It took rare flowers to create a purple or indigo color before 1900. Definitely masculine

Purple is an awesome color. I think everyone agrees.

It kicks off a sentence in which you sons of bitches can go to hell.

That's a cool little fact that everybody already knows, but you asked if it's feminine or masculine and that post does literally zero to distinguish either way

Tell my grandpa, who has a purple heart, it is feminine and he will rip your eyes out of their socket and eat them raw.

The color of royalty. My favorite color.
Not to mention one of LSU's colors, along with an even more feminine color, yellow.

There is a reason Crown Royal comes in a purple bag.

Wrong.
It took the smashed up guts of a sea snails. And yes. I'm serious. And the sea snails are found close to the ancient city of tyre, hence the name tyrian purple.
