This has more to do with people not knowing how much to eat. It should be common sense not to eat an entire edible in one sitting.

I'm a big Rand fan, but he'll likely never get the support needed. The rest of the republican field seems to just be running on the "I'm not Obama" platform without bringing much else to the table.

Your never going to have an elected politician that we are going to agree with on every issue. I don't mind having someone that will vote my views 80-90% of the time.

Didn't call him dumb. Said he lost his credibility then said I know dumb doctors. If he truly believes the shite he said and he's not just pandering to his voting base, then he lost medical credibility.
Probably should just own Subways and not be a politician.

Sanders is the only one I'd trust to legalize it. Rand would at least reschedule which would be a great thing.

Marijuana legalization isn't just a social issue, its a major fiscal issue as well. If someone is against it, I won't vote for them.

This may be too much to ask for. But I want a candidate to openly say that he will discontinue the War on Drugs. That would catch my attention.

Marijuana is just not the most important issue to me and there are far more important fiscal issues than marijuana that are seperated between party lines. I would vote for someone who was serious about appealing the ACA if he against legalization in a heartbeat. You won't find many dem's that are for both.

That’s fair and everyone is entitled to their own opinions and priorities.
I will say that legalizing Marijuana and pulling back on the War on Drugs would be a nice pay raise for the country. We spend billions on enforcing the War on Drugs, billions on inmates incarcerated for drugs crimes, and are missing out on billions in tax revenue from Marijuana.
Add it all up and it’s not a small sum. At the very least that money could be pumped into primary education and infrastructure, two areas our country seriously needs to spend more money on.
I just feel like it is such a no-brainer and we should do it and move on to bigger items. I think when I hear a politician against it, I don't like them because I feel they have no common sense.
