Called both 'butt buddies'. The severity with which they report BS municipal violence, as if they were in Afghanistan whilst the Russians are bombing incessantly for 36 hours, is embarrassingly amusing.
I fear he may have taken a beebee, or inhaled third hand tear gas. Brave poofter.

And this was all because of a counterfeit $20 bill?

Why the down votes if it's true?
Oh, done nothing.
Oh, done nothing.

quote:Thats exactly what the judge said when Tony Timpa died after cops kneeled on Tony Timpas head and killed him
Sure, he just happened to die right after the cop had his knee on the guy's neck. Total coincidence.
quote:
Tony Timpa wailed and pleaded for help more than 30 times as Dallas police officers pinned his shoulders, knees and neck to the ground.
“You’re gonna kill me! You’re gonna kill me! You’re gonna kill me!”
After Timpa fell unconscious, the officers who had him in handcuffs assumed he was asleep and didn’t confirm that he was breathing or feel for a pulse.
As precious minutes passed, the officers laughed and joked about waking Timpa up for school and making him waffles for breakfast

You've got serious reading comprehension problems, if you think my post says as such.
I was AMAZED they said what they did, taking into account the news outlet they represent.
Nothing more, nothing less.

Dandy Lion + CNN = 0 (zero), aka nothing.

That means his carotid was not restricted nor was his airway compromised if he could still speak.
You can still speak for minutes without being able to breathe. Expiratory Reserve Volume.

If XiNN said he wasn't strangled, then he definitely was strangled.

body cam video apparently showed the deceased physically resisted getting into the cruiser... along with not making the walk to the cruiser very easy (which I believe is considered a charge called resisting without violence in some jurisdictions)
It was the most retarded setup. First they got him out of the car and cuffed him seemingly easy, then they went and had him sit down on the sidewalk, then they got him up and walked right past the police vehicle that was actually right behind his car where he was cuffed, they took him across the street (and I didn't see him resist at all during the walk), but I did see him fall when he stepped from the sidewalk into the street. I didn't know if he missed the step down, fell on purpose or what. Only after that could be when he resisted.
It's like they were asking for shite to happen drawing things out like that with that setup. But if he did resist, every video has been edited to leave the part out which would not surprise me with the media. Still, nothing justifies that cop pressing his knee on the guy's neck for minutes after he clearly went unconscious and was completely subdued.

Yes. He resisted getting in the car. He claimed he was claustrophobic

I know one thing. Without that cop sitting on his neck he would still be alive. That’s probably how they got their evidence.
While resisting didn't he also start complaining about struggling to breath before knee on the neck. Possibly anxiety but also possibly start of his death before knee even placed on his neck. Arrests and panic can easily trigger a cardiovascular event with existing conditions and possible drugs on top of that.
This was always about the last few minutes not race and about once subdued not checking to see if he needed attention and making it worse continuing with knee while delaying aid even longer to show the people questioning his authority that he could. Right now delay may be only thing policeman did that contributed to death but still not proof yet that they could have saved him. It would still need to have been investigated and have some kind of punishment. Reasonable people wait for info and then act reasonably based upon that info.
At the place these two work (but conflicting reports on if they ever met there when working at same time in 2019) this cop was known to be quick with a heavy handed approach.
Rioting over this crap and making it about all blacks is ignorant. People pushing it who live far away and/or have security protection and money need to be called out not followed. Rioters and pushers have created need for a heavy handed approach and putting people down who are destroying their city and/or committing violence and refuse to stop actions or be detained. Rich promoters will get richer while the average person living in area will have it worse. It's a cycle that will continue as long reason disappears and individual actions cannot be first focus in situations involving a black person and a cop.

On the 911 call report, the caller claimed that he was very drunk or something (said he wasn't acting right when the person confronted him about the fake $20).
So if he was drunk or on drugs, face down, cuffed, and then laying in that position for 8+ minutes with the cop pressing his knee against his neck, I can see how things might have gone in the direction that they did. I'm sure he did say some BS not to get in the car, but common sense should have told the cop that the situation was under control at some point and to get off of him (because there was no need for him to be on him anyway).

The chance of getting a conviction for murder is less than zero. But rioting makes for good tv ratings.
