I think it's funny what NFL owners choose to care about. Let the guys who beat the shite out of their SO's or get DUIs switch teams. But this dude takes a seat/kneels during the pledge. Oh no!
First and foremost they care about money.

My question is this, Why does SK need to prove his blackness to someone like Clay Travis.
Like SFP said, there is a strong possibility he is 100% white, but if he is who he claims to be, he should be proud to show everyone who he is.
If he is 100% white, it discredits everything about him so I would think that if he is who he says he is.. If the media called him out on something that could discredit him and he can prove they are wrong, why not do it? He could completely turn it around on Travis and say "look, here is proof I am black. So you know what? All you do is make up shite to draw attention to yourself" so because it could blow up in CTs face, I would think know enough, to limit his risk, before calling him out..

Stop being such a chick. It's just what the word means. Calm down.

I find it interesting that Doug Baldwin started whining about the NFL being slavery AFTER he cashed their checks. Didn't here this stance from him before he got into the league!
and he went to Stanford ffs!!! You'd think he'd be smarter than this?

Pledging to donate money if a person is black enough but no money if he isn't black enough is racist.
this is about exposing a potential fraud. the issue is SK likely lying about his race, which is the only reason why it's a component. since he's lying (in that scenario), all burdens are on him (and any association with your expanded view of racism is inapplicable)

oh he has a lot to lose
basically his entire career and his place in society

Americans attention spans are very very short. Look at the Mike Vick situation. People protested for a hot minute and then dropped the issue. Let's not act like some NFL franchise is going to take some massive hit by signing CK.

i think his salary demands are a big issue

He openly told the Seahawks GM and Carroll that he wasn't asking for starter money. The narrative keeps getting played.

slavery
The truth is that it is never outrageous for someone to compare his job to slavery.

big gap between $15M and the minimum

you shouldn't have used the word "literally" here

Those are literally not the definitions of that word. Literally.

He claims his mother was a huge slut who couldn't get away from the black cock.
Posted on 6/8/17 at 1:03 pm to SlowFlowPro
So wait, his mother cheated on his father and their is a possibility that he's mixed. I mean that's not that far fetched. Has he ever met his father?

It can be about whatever you want, by it's still racist. I don't even have a problem with it since it's so innocuous—obviously it's a stunt. Still, placing a $50,000 value on someone's race is literally, exactly, 100% racist. Amazing that anyone would argue with this. It's literally what it is.

What's the avg salary of an NFL backup QB? I mean I find it hilarious that a dude like Mike Glennon is getting paid. But CK is too much of a risk to sign as a backup.
