Longest time dead bodies have stayed in a building while gov't officials know about it?

Well, at least a little bit of the bodies. Most of them will have been scavenged by animals or decomposed by now.

That is a pathetic job by the city officials. Those poor families.

At the point, and with the way 2020 is going, why not wait until November and see if a hurricane comes through so the problem just "solves itself"

Are those bodies just skeletons by now?

You could randomly pick a couple of grown men off the street and they could have gone up there and recovered the bodies within the first 48 hours. The fact that this is still going on and those remains are still there is pathetic and typical New Orleans. This entire ordeal is a joke.

The city said it could take four to five days to remove the bodies of 63-year-old Jose Ponce Arreola and 36-year-old Quinnyon Wimberly.

And it only took 9 months!

Since it’s almost been a year, would you add a year to their ages if they’ve had a birthday?

And what’s changed in the past 9 months that now they can get get them out but they couldn’t before

How would you have gotten the bodies down sooner? Please explain.

At some point, send someone up to remove the visible parts. If I was dead, I don't think I'd want my legs hanging out and rotting for 9 months.

Probably the same way they are planning on doing it now?

So what line of parade do they do for these poor dead souls? Nine month line? Is Bobbly Herbert wearing a dress? I'm confused and dismayed all at the same time.

Firemen and construction workers recovered thousands of bodies buried under millions of tons of rubble from the 2 World Trade Centers in half the time its taken NOLA and Destroya to even acknowledge it, much less act.
