Lot of income lost.

Winner=drinkers, public safety
Losers=cab companies, attorneys, local governments

Uber logged approx 1.2 million rides in New Orleans in 2015. Taxi rides were only down 150,000.

The report says there were 2.8 million taxicab rides, down by about 150,000 rides from 2014, which city officials said "can be attributed to normal market fluctuations." While taxicab riders were down, taxi revenues were up 9 percent to $54 million.

It is irresponsible not to cross reference a study of increase or decrease of police on dog violence during this time period. Hide your pups.
