Cities are buying these "tiny home" homeless shelters. Might be a good AirBNB opportunity.

The company is Pallet.

Their smallest building (Shelter 64) is only 64 square feet. It sells for $7500.

It can be assembled in 1 hour.

It has the options to add a wall mounted heater and air conditioner. You can also fit beds for 2 people.

To me it looks like a good small business opportunity to buy about 10 of these near a popular national park and build a little village for the AirBNB crowd.

It might also be cool to put one in your backyard and stick one of your +18 year old kids in it that don't want to move out.

They also have community bathroom and showers. This is one building with 2 rooms.

This place was built in Fayetteville, Arkansas for the homeless. Eighteen 100 square foot buildings for 4 people.

Birmingham just bought some. I'm looking forward to fight a breaking out in one of them and the whole building collapsing.

There's gonna be a massive shopping cart pile up at that sidewalk bottleneck, and the city will get the hell sued out of it.

I did.

If there is not a turd bucket, it ain’t a home - it’s a tiny dorm room.

If I have to pinch one off 6 inches away from another exposed pecker and my last name isn’t Biden, I’m not at home

The bathroom is for single use. Unless you want to have sex in the shower.

We always try to come up with a good punishment for last place in our fantasy football league. I’m proposing that next year the loser has to live in one of these for 72 hours.

Seems like you can do so much more with $7500. Even one of those prefab sheds with a window unit would be better.

Imagine what this will look like in two years. shite smeared on the walls, needles everywhere and colt 45/ MD20/20 all over the place. Homeless people aren’t homeless because they are hard on their luck, homeless people are homeless because they have mental problems.

The Arkansas photo has a good strategy and I'm surprised y'all missed it. They've got 8 unmarked graves already dug.

Bums start fricking up, show them a hole in the ground and tell them no problem making them a reservation.

How long before the homeless call the attorneys that handled the formaldehyde cases against the FEMA trailers?
