My old man likes a nice cigar from time to time. Give me a few nice suggestions on some upper end smokes I can get him for Father’s Day besides Swisher Sweets obviously

The best cigar I’ve had in a long time is the Rocky Patel Vintage 1999 Connecticut. Outstanding smoke, very smooth, beautiful finish. Costs around $20 per stick if you buy individually from a cigar shop. You can get them much cheaper if you buy online.

I enjoy these with some Balvenie scotch

H. Upmann ‘Reserve Maduro Toro’ Cigars

I also haven't smoked a Cohiba that I haven't enjoyed

One of my favorites

But that's a complete ripoff wherever you're buying your cigars

Agree with the Fuente and My Father. Currently have those stocked in my humidor. I also have a brand called NuB that I have taken a liking to.

If I ever have a daughter. This is the cigar that I'm handing out.

For my son, I handed out Undercrown by Drew Estate.
Because I love it, it has a blue wrapper, it has "the rebirth of cigars" on the box, and the next in the family line was born.

It's always good to know what they like.
Connecticut wrapper is mild.
There are some medium cigars.
And then there are the heavy maduros.

A medium cigar is probably the safest bet.

Also, Dominican vs Nicaraguan. I prefer Nicaraguan. So, that likely drives a lot of my choices.

Hard to go wrong with Olivia, Rocky Patel, AJ Fernandez, Davidoff, Alec Bradley, or the Garcia Family (My Father Brand).

Arturo Fuente
Rocky Patel
My Father
Estaban Carreras
Gurkha
Oliva

All of the above brands have good smokes.

If you can find the Afturo Fuente Opus X, I would recommend getting it if you can find them. Your dad will appreciate it.

I edited the title so an anchor didn't fall.
