Of course it would be delayed being that he wouldn't be able to have a fair trial in that city, mental evaluations, etc.

Ironically, what would really bite him in the arse is the witness he left to "tell what happened". And I hope she would.

It's a hate crime as a result of mental illness like most of these crimes. Mental illness in this country needs to be a priority

Reports does not equal confirmation.

Either way they need to find this guy quickly. Seems like the type to do this again.

And him being that young and full of hate reminds me of those kids in Westboro.

He definitely had some "mentors" teaching him his hate.
