Annual Christmas bonus is $100 and usually a gift worth around $75'ish.
Annual bonus is in February.

Last year was 17% of my base salary. Should find out this year's sometime this week, but expect it to be a little higher since it's increased every year for the past 8 years.

Depending on many variables such as sales goals, territory growth, positioning new products into the marketplace, yadada....It could range from a big ol' goose egg to 65K before taxes. No one ever hits the full 65K, but I see a decent bit of people walk away with 25-30K every year.

We must work for the same company. That's as close to a bonus as we get.

$100k.......should have been $230k

I set a record and the top brass couldn't bring themselves to give me what was based upon the typical bonus pool calculation method.

This year was the highest to date and not typical.

Generally I agree that sick days are abused. However, I bitch the people I supervise out if they come in obviously ill.

Classy way to light those menthols.

My last job we all got a bonus. It was based on years of service, and it was kind of weird because it was a flat amount. Seems like a % of salary would have been better. I got around 1,500 the first year, 2,500 the next, and then they had a hiring and raise freeze in place and I got 1,500 again. 1,500 is a lot less to me than someone only making 40k, but they didn't do it by salary. Always seemed odd.

This job I get no bonuses. But my boss did get me a $50 gift card last year. And he got me double the % on the annual raise than normal. Not a huge amount, since it was 5% instead of 2.5%, but the fact he stuck his neck out to even get that approved means something.
