Can't take PTO with u.
My hospital pisses and moans when you try to take all your days off. It is really sad. Makes liars out of staff. It is just easier to call in sick than to ask for a day or two off. Find someone to cover? No. It's my vacation. Not my job to find part time fill in staff. I know other hospitals and other regions are much worse.

For Christmas, a 18-20 pound ham.
But we get monthly performance and safety based bonus. 50.00 for not having a safety accident and completing 2 safety surveys, 2.00 for every day that we hit pitch, 25.00 if we keep scrap for the month under 4%. Usually around 110-150 a month.

If I were to brag and tell the full truth, you really would think I was lying.
