Chiropractors are sketchy as frick
It's a sham of a profession....and most Chiropractors know that.

As a non subject matter expert, I have nothing useful to add on the actual medicine.
My experience is just an anecdote. I went to chiropractic care for 18 months a few years ago. I have a bad back and neck from a near fatal car crash that I was involved in a week after my 16th birthday. The pain was enough to impact my quality of life, so I paid out of pocket for care.
The chiropractor gave me immediate relief from chronic pain, most of the time, but I began to realize that I was worse off than when I ever started if I missed a visit or two.
I have scoliosis (curvature of the lower section of the spine) and I pulled my back one day at work five years ago. Work recommended me to this chiropractor near my place and I went about every other day for like three weeks.
Dude did amazing work. I will never have anything bad to say about the practice - until I meet someone who's a quack or something.

Happens more than people realize and the connection is not always made.

Chiropractors frick up the carotid and vertebral arteries in their patients much more often than most would think. Stroke is a major risk. That's what happens when you let a glorified massage therapist inflict trauma on important things like your head and neck.

Super common with chiropractors. Young female co-worker had the stroke from the artery tear during visit. Eight months of slow rehab after three months of not being able to swallow.
Why anyone goes to these quacks is beyond stupid.

Where are all these LSU fans, presumably most in Louisiana, finding these basements they always accuse people of living in?
