I will gladly pay 4% more on literally everything if the wages of employees go up by more than 4%. Of course if the CEO makes 4% more, then frick all this
So you are essentially willing to take a 4% decrease in pay so a small segment of the country can get a 4% raise? And those people getting the 4% raise also have to pay the extra 4% on everything, so how is that helping them?
How about, they make better decisions. If making minimum wage, stay at home with your parents. If you're somehow an adult making minimum wage, then get a roommate or two.

did everyone get a 4% raise to match, if not buying power is down, and if you did get a 4% raise, it wasnt a raise as your buying power is still the same.

As Chief Executive Officer at CHIPOTLE MEXICAN GRILL INC, BRIAN NICCOL made $16,068,144 in total compensation.
when is it enough money?

That is not the point the OP was making, the OP was insinuating that Trump has nothing to do with the future economic condition of the country bc he is no longer president when in fact he is the one who started all this mess to begin with.

Ah yes, the irrefutable argument against improving conditions for workers in a capitalist dystopia filled with greed.

frick that shite. Minimum wage is for entry level menial jobs. It wasn't designed to support a family. Yadda yadda yadda, cart before the horse.

Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc (CMG.N) said on Tuesday it has increased prices for products across its menu
Was told by Sherwin Williams (10 minutes ago) that price increase coming within the month.
Across the board for everything.
$18 for a burrito and $80 for a gallon of paint.
Next stop is $5/gallon for gas.

Don't try to explain basic economics to morons
Why don't you explain it then, Keynes. There's maybe three posters here that understand basic economics, and there's nothing basic economics about the US economy in practice.

Yes going from $7 to $7.28 when it's been $7 since 2016 is a sure sign that it'll be $18 by the end of the year

Are you saying there isn't a problem in this country with wealth disparity and CEO pay?
