Spent two weeks in China 10 years ago. It is by far the filthiest most disgusting country I’ve ever seen when it comes to food. Abhorrent!! I was losing a pound a day until I found the Hard Rock Cafe in Beijing.

I don’t necessarily disagree with that totally.
I’m just making an observation based on my experiences. However “generally” as you said I don’t think it makes anyone anything.... no reason to label someone “racist or xenophobic”... but that’s our culture. We constantly feel the need to tell people they are wrong blah blah blah.
It’s my opinion. I don’t think I’m superior or better than anyone.
Outside Alabama fans of course.

I have a friend that’s business takes him into a lot of kitchens. After seeing the things he’s seen, he refuses to ever eat in Chinese restaurants.
