Yeah no. Vast majority were built on monies collected from the people intending to live in these apartments, the developers abandoned the projects after the tofu dreg construction practices rendered the buildings uninhabitable. Families wiped out of their savings, suicide rates among young adults and the elderly have skyrocketed too. No coincidence.

Africa's population is projected to increase by 150% by 2100. Seems a good source for migrants. China is already raping the continent for resources. Why not labor?
