And that has no relevance. I know many second gen Hispanics who are more white than I am. They are educated professionals who raise their kids the old school way. I sat in a meeting today with a Hispanics civil engineer and a Hispanic architect which is very common. Fact is, they are just like whites.

Yep. I’ve worked with and gone to school with many Hispanics who are fine and hardworking people, who live just like white folks. But this board thinks every Hispanic is an MS-13 gang member.

That includes EITC which is not traditional welfare by anyone's definition. If you take EITC out of the equation the stat reverts to natives accessing welfare more than non-citizens.
