But for real, even without seeing the pic of this dude... There is something incredibly fishy about this whole thing. I wouldn't be surprised at all to see this guy charged with at least the bare minimum, something like negligent homicide or manslaughter.
From what I've heard through the grapevine and seen here, there is reason to believe that this guy is bad news and his story won't hold up.

So this pasty lard arse is the hiking enthusiast Dad and the mom is a non-English speaking Dominican. According to the Mom via her interpreter, the hiker Dad was abusive, yet she allowed her son to spend Christmas with him.
