A young couple from Arizona is getting a lot of grief from Chicagoans after they posted a video detailing the "traumatic experience" that led them to move out of the city after only one day. It's even inspired a neighborhood walking tour. Brianna Joy and Jaelin White, both 18, posted the now-viral video to their YouTube channel earlier this month called "The Reason We're Homeless Right Now... (no clickbait) Storytime" to share their story, which they seemed to think would garner sympathy for their plight. The first problem, many said, was that the "homeless" couple filmed in an expansive kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.
The basics: 18 year old privileged married couple move to Chicago. She's a "beauty blogger", he shills for online real estate schools as "the 18 year old who made $33,000 flipping houses in three months".
Their first day in Chicago, some street guy gives the kid a smack in the face, they immediately call her dad to come and move them back to Arizona.
They YouTube it as some big adventure. Chicago trolls them by putting on walking tours of their "brush with Chicago violence".

The couple are poons but I'm not sure Chicago residents should be making light of the 3rd world level crime in their city. So I guess I'd say I'm a moderate on this issue.

It's in fricking Granville. That's very much a crime free part of the city. the real crime in Chicago isn't in a place where most non-ghetto residents should see.
Saying Granville is filled with crime should be mocked because it's like saying Apharetta is full of crime.

I made it 2 minutes and 18 seconds before I had to turn it off
They made me laugh at the "nice furniture from IKEA" comment. I love IKEA, don't get me wrong, they provide cheap furniture that one can pass off nicer than it really is.....but let's be honest....we all know "high end" and IKEA are never gonna be in the same sentence.
