Wouldn't those placing the supposed mind control chemicals be subjected to the effects if they are released into the atmosphere? I mean wouldn't this impact everyone including the people supposedly in charge of this devious plan? I don't see anyone walking around with gas masks protecting themselves in a daily basis.
