The rare cases where the health of the mother is at risk or incest/rape shouldn't be used as a reason to murder the other hundreds of thousands of babies that are aborted each year.

A lot of abortions save the child from the mother. As awful as it sounds, we don't have anywhere to put these children when they're born to 16-year-old idiot mothers like Chelsea Handler. In 2012, there were 700,000 abortions. Who's going to pay for the babies, and who's going to take care of them?
That being said, I'm not a proponent of abortions, and I think we should do everything in our power to decrease the shockingly large number of them.

At this point in time, in this country, I'm for abortion. I used to think it was murder. This country is full of people that have no business having children. Let them abort their kids if they want.

I think I may have confused myself on it. Irony is when something is represented as being something that it isn't, as a general definition. How he's using it almost fits because he is saying that how she represents herself is other than she is. It almost works, but calling her a hypocrite from his perspective would probably be a more precise use of language.
