I've been off work the past 9 days relocating my family here to AZ and dealing with that. Tonight is my first night at work. Will be interesting to see. Not necessarily the nurses I work with...but my patients and families. Most of my patients are Hispanic.

I work in a hospital and most everyone is excited/relieved Hillary didn't win.

We got Qdoba catered in yesterday, a ton of beer from Oskar Blues, and then popcorn to lift spirits for those of us who actually came in

My wife posted all morning on FB instead of working. Client came to house. broke the spell for a while.
she wants me to take it more seriously. I told her every couple of weeks he could win. I don't do denial. when Comey did his 2nd letter and trump lied about the letter's meaning, I told her it was over.
I laughed at her this morning. we are barely talking.
she is going to hit a new low when she finds out he leads in popular vote now.

I just googled popular vote, and it's showing he's behind about 250k...99% reporting. I hope he is indeed ahead.

Today is pretty sweet.
Yesterday was awkward with a lot of the staff being Hispanic or black, and was pretty quiet (when we were out of the office on the halls) but now, the staff -again, Hispanic and black- are pissed off that they kept their Trump votes quiet for fear of the backlash. Today they are proud to separate themselves from the garbage on TV pissing and moaning.
It was cool how it started with a few "psssst. Hey. You know I voted for Trump?" Whispers to us white folks to within an hour, open discussion (read mockery) of the SJWs and a very relieved atmosphere.
There are a few really shocked and further saddened by the reveal...but only one in the office crying and went home.

I work with very liberal engineers, with half being Europeans or Asian. They all think Trump is an idiot and anyone who voted for him is stupid. But based on statistics, most of them had to vote for him and just aren't willing to admit it.
