Breathe didn't stink.
But I never realized how much heat and moisture your mouth and nose give off till I putone on.
And trust me on this: after standing over a flat-top grill and flame broiler grill for 2 hours non stop, you start to have heat issues.
I finally looked at the chef and told him I have to go outside and sit down. I was about to faint.
ETA: I've never demanded to anyone running a kitchen, nor had anyone demand to me when I ran kitchens, to go outside and sit because of the heat.
