My phone was in the car. I had the message when I got back to it an hour or so later. I survived or I got left behind or whatever.

I did during a conf call and didnt have my cell muted. luckily everyone else forgot as well and all theirs went off

If this were an actual emergency like a nuclear war or toxic release you would be dead by now. The alert was supposed to be sent and received at approximately 1:20 pm central. My specialized equipment at the office logged it at 1:20:03 pm central.
