You think it takes Green Beret training to hit maybe a foot wide target at 600 ft? This dude was likely just a tranny who trained at the local gun range 4-5 times. Not some expert marksman.

My bet early on is that it’s a team of folks based upon a catch and release then some dude asking to be shot. Some people got together to plan this out. Collusion is the best way to avoid LE as long as no one talks.

I am. If a person can't make that shot and hit a head sized target they need to reconsider hunting as a hobby. If he was trying to hit a chest sized target he is a real bad shot.

If that’s the case, it’s probably not that tough to blend in with a panicked crowd and make a getaway. You don’t have to be Jason Bourne. It’s not like they had Secret Service level security at this place.
