OWL you are being over confident. You had a stroke, you are 57 years old. Im in an electric wheelchair that goes up to 12 mph. Do you think you have the stamina to keep up with my chair? And at 12 mph, it doesn't feel good when it hits you.

We don't need a lawyer. We can have our own agreement and it will hold up in a court of law if you decide to take legal action. We will even take a picture of you signing it to be sure.

Supposedly when he bailed some people on nearby piers and boats were able to tell the Sheriff's Office what the boat looked like. They were able to track it down, found the boat tied to a dock, and ran the registration is what I've heard. The Sheriff had the chopper out and everything looking
