The funny thing is atheists have more faith in untestable theory than they care to admit.

Believing in a god would be so appealing if it weren't for the assholes.

I'm not sure what exactly happened but religions clearly don't have the correct answer.

Believing a man in the sky impregnated a virgin, says you can't eat shell fish, and banishes you to hell if you don't accept him is retarded.
He's not a man in the sky; He's an almighty God living where he lives, which isn't in the sky.

The Bible says Jesus ascended into the sky. Why you think that is? Probably because the cavemen who wrote it thought “god” was in the sky and needed a conclusion to their story.

That's not as perplexing and when you figure it out, your next job will be to find out what's the universe in?

It's basically nuclear fusion on another dimension. Rather than two atomic particles colliding at a specific point in time and giving off extreme amounts of energy, our universe is the result of two points in time colliding in a next-dimensional space.

At some point in this regression you're either going to opt to "something from nothing" or suggest that the thing YOU think exists outside of the framework you're suggesting has to exist, right? It's just that those with religious tendencies seem more eager to accept some "being" simply existing outside of this framework.

For instance, if you're uncomfortable with the notion that things simply came "from nothing" you're implying that they came from something, or someone, right? Fine...we can both play that game, can't we? From where/who did THAT thing come, since as you seem to indicate something can't come from nothing? and where did that come? And then that one?

If you're honest, you'll finally get to special pleading for your own pet reason not needing a first cause, and at that point you quit arguing logically and side with "magic."
