It moved to Tallulah La before Monroe. My great grandfather and great uncle were some of the initial shareholders and my great uncle was a pilot with them for decades. My great grandfather sold his shares when they moved to Monroe and started passenger service because he believed there was no way possible for air travel to ever over take the railroads.

I think CTL may be the largest non government employer in the state.


Correction: Largest company in LA, not employer though

I would think Oschner. Hospitals just have so many employees. I think they have around 25k.
