If you want to force the shut down of church then when schools open back up, religion should be allowed at schools.

You can pray in public schools now, just can’t be mandatory or during instruction. Most public schools in the state have FCA.

So now that there is a Church gathering and/or going about their normal lives, "they should all be killed" and "They are going to spread the virus"

But the other 20 thread on the first page is FULL of self centered people saying that they will do what they want and that government is over reacting and ruining our jobs/economy, and just bitching about the inconvenience in general.

You can't have it both ways folks.

The pastor needs to be removed and they really should have made every single person that attended yesterday to stay there until this was over.

My small non-denominational church had 2,400 connections to their tele-service yesterday. We also have a way to tithe online.

How is that preacher suppose to pay the mortgage on his mansion when all his parishioners can't donate money to him?

quote:

South Korea announced thousands of coronavirus cases in the space of only a few days in late February. The surge in cases centred mostly around one main cluster from a church in Daegu city. The outbreak initially pushed South Korea’s tally of confirmed cases much higher than anywhere else outside of China and cases there have continued to rise since.

The virus was first confirmed in the country on Jan. 20 when a 35-year-old Chinese woman who flew from Wuhan, China to Incheon international airport, which serves Seoul, was isolated upon entry into the country. In the four weeks following the incident, South Korea managed to avoid a major outbreak with only 30 people contracting the virus, despite many interactions between those later confirmed as being sick and hundreds more people being identified as contacts of the sick patients.

This changed with the emergence of “Patient 31.”

Especially during a time of crisis, right? I mean hes a threat to other peoples safety, right? They could, ya know, just crucify these people, right?

After all that's how they shut down Jesus, when he was told to stop having large gatherings. But you keep on doing your Pilate thingy. And remember to wash your hands after. It helps stop the spread.
