If I'm too lazy to do this online will they eventually send a mailer or do I have to call the number to get one?

At most. All it asks is to confirm your name, birth date, and ethnicity. And do the same for everyone in your household.

They'll send a mailer. It takes maybe 10 minutes online though. The weird part is if you put white they ask for your origin. I just put American.

I thought that was strange too. I don't really know my wife's ethnic background so I put "gump" for her and "half gump" for our daughter
