Oh how the goal posts are moving.
She disobeyed a lawful order to exit the vehicle (fleeing is a felony btw, at least in my state), then proceeded to look at an officer in front of her while putting her car in drive, hit the gas hard enough to spin the tires, forcefully and aggressively advancing her vehicle in the direction of said officer. Those are 100% facts.
A vehicle is, has, and can be used as a deadly weapon. Remember New Orleans around new years last year? (I’m sure you teabagged the terrorist there too) Or the arse hole in NYC with the U-Haul? All these people have one thing in common. They are deranged lunatics that hate this country and those who strive to protect it. Honestly, not unlike yourself.

Would pulling out a gun and having time to shoot indicate your life was actually in danger? I think if it were me I would simply move out of the way, or wouldn’t have moved into the way. The lady is an idiot, the cop is a hot head. Even if he doesn’t go to jail his life will likely be ruined. There are no winners in whatever the outcome is

I'm not sure how you took what I said as a defense of her. Most of us haven't been there. Because some of us are better drivers who know how to pay attention to our surroundings.

This is akin to people saying “police shouldn’t chase speeders and those that flee from cops.” It’s completely asinine. Eventually someone else will get hurt. Someone that is TRULY innocent. Due to the illegal and dumbfounded actions of those that we just “let go” for the hell of it. She broke the law, in multiple ways. And while the outcome was tragic, it was because of HER actions that she is where she is now.

Shooting her probably didn’t help him save his life. Thats not my call, though. And that’s the point. She made it his call when she tried to run him over in her car.

I saw the screenshots fyi. But seeing as how she completely sped off, that was anything but calm, imo. She was panicky in the sense that as soon as the other cop ordered her out of the car, she was getting ready to speed off. To me, it looked more like she was trying to run away from her troubles, evading arrest. And less liked she had murderous intent with purposely trying to run over the cop. Imo, that could have just as easily been her friend in the way of the truck with her recklessness.
In any case, does it really matter? The lady is dead. She won't be on trial. The cop will be.
