It would be interesting to see one for drugs in general. Not just MJ. Include prescription pills and steroids and the protective services and healthcare professionals would be tops.

Construction workers should be at 95%. Survey is a sham

Why would it not be schedule 1? Rightly or not, it has no accepted medical use in the US, and that is what makes a drug schedule 1 instead of some other schedule. There are plenty of really nasty drugs that are not schedule 1 because they do have an accepted medical use. Fentanyl, for example.
You gotta be fricking kidding

My telcom employer is scared to drug test anyone--they'd wipe out half their employees if they did. After the initial 5 panel drug screen pre-hire, it's just about impossible to get someone tested.

Sales, legal, and construction are all too low.

I've seen it.
I said in my first response to you that employers have the right to test so I'm a little confused as to why you directed this at me.

Drop dead serious.
Like it or not, MJ is considered by the feds as not having an accepted medical usage. I did not say this is "correct", I simply noted that this is the reality. And specifically because of this fact, it is Schedule 1.
Whether it is "worse" or not than other drugs has nothing to do with it.

Good ole tobacco and alcohol lobbyists doin work!!!
The highest amount of donations taken in by The Partnership for a Drug Free America are from the alcohol and tobacco industries due to them not wanting the damn competition.
