He will have to pay the deductible and max out of pocket for insurance...i doubt he will owe that much

Legal fees and damages from a civil suit could really mount on top of that insurance deductible.

but people think he will paying his medical bills...is it even known for a fact he broke the kids orbital bone? does that always require surgery? it's a pretty common injury from a fight

Did we ever find out if Casen was there with friends or just rolling around solo looking to wreck shop? How'd he get home?

Just the tests will hit his deductible or come close most likely.
MRI/PET/CAT/Xray/etc.
They don't frick around with head injuries.
