My bad. I misremembered the story. I knew he blew Dre’s mind.

had no idea that they were still around.
Manny has been around and stayed active for along time. Use to DJ at the metro when it was open regularly and Juvenile reappeared a few years back with his lamp line and Juvie juice. Wayne seemed to never had went anywhere

Fun fact. Manny fresh created and supplied the beat/backgrounds for UNLV and they were cash moneys first group signed.
People say there was no beef between cm and NL but I’m sure that ruffled some feathers. It seems though that bird man/baby had enough beef internally that NL didn’t have to retaliate. I do wonder however if yella boys body was dumped in chucks yard though.

That line was from Triggerman which was used.
You know Dragrap? It's a little known New York rap song that provides the beats for half of the old New Orleans rap songs.
There is a line "throw em in the river, toss em in Bug's yard, let everyone know, Triggerman is hard". That line was just reused by Yella boy.
This is from a Queens rapper but it sounds like bounce. Because Bounce came from this song.

Bourbons and Lacs is a classic…
That slow beat….
Man how I wish I could go back to 96-2000 High school for a bit, then transport myself back to real life…
Always wanting to grow up, and never appreciated the time until it’s over.

Hypnotized minds was not a label. At best you meant prophet entertainment.

quote:
Hypnotize Minds Productions, also known as Hypnotize Camp Posse or HCP, was an American record label founded by DJ Paul and Juicy J of Three 6 Mafia in 1997, in Memphis, Tennessee. The label served as the successor to Three 6 Mafia's previous label, Prophet Entertainment, which was co-founded by DJ Paul and Juicy J along with Nicholas ‘Nick Scarfo’ Jackson in 1994. Hypnotize Minds was created after DJ Paul and Juicy J had a disagreement with Jackson, which led to Three 6 Mafia and several other artists previously on the Prophet label to move to the new Hypnotize Minds imprint.

It’s because you aren’t into trash music.

I guess it boils down to who you think is bigger, Snoop and Master P vs. Lil Wayne and Drake. I'm not a rap historian so no idea who half the artists are.
