my car feels like its limping when im just barely rolling. Ive had it aligned recently and have all new tires on it, and ideas? It also pulls to the right pretty bad even after the alignment

Check it’s grip but it sounds like it’s starting the downswing with its upper body. Try starting legs first and see if that helps.

I'm not an expert or anything but it sounds like you may have some sort of issue with your car. Sometimes it may seem like your car is limping along when you're barely rolling. Especially if you had it aligned recently and it still pulls to the right pretty badly. I've heard that you tried to put new tires on it?

Had the struts and/or bushings checked?

Wheels not balanced correctly, maybe?

Sounds like you need to take it back to the shop and ask them what the frick they did to your car.

What does limping along mean exactly?
Front wheel drive cars can pull if one front tire is older than the other front tire of if the tire pressures are not equal.
Could have a sticking brake caliper that warped the rotar and is dragging. Jack up the front wheels off the ground and spin by hand. See if there is any wobbling or binding. Both tires should turn smoothly.
And dont ever ever get under a jacked up vehicle without proper jack stands. Do not ever ever trust just a hydraulic jack.

When is the last time you had a brake service? Caliper could be seizing up. Do you smell anything burning?

Nothing is burning, no weird noises either.

Well that sucks, sounds like a bad kanooter valve on the right side.
