Car Explosion in French Quarter (no reported injuries)

Our receptionist thinks it's terrorists. What do y'all think?

The New Orleans Fire Department has issued a precautionary evacuation in the French Quarter following a reported car explosion.
The impacted area is Toulouse between Bourbon and Dauphine. Those staying on Dauphine Street between St. Louis and Toulouse are also being asked to evacuate.
Around 5 a.m. Monday, neighbors reported hearing an explosion. NOPD says a car on Toulouse and Dauphine was on fire. Neighbors also reported a "gas smell" prompting the precautionary evacuation.
Our receptionist thinks it's terrorists. What do y'all think?
