Makes it sound like a zit more so than rapidly multiplying cells that eventually shut down organs and systems and kill people.

This will find its way to the wackos, who will believe it and then claim cancer to be a Govt conspiracy, to control, suppress and fleece the population.

I'm not sure about the fasting part, but there is some very interesting data out there surrounding the impact of sugar on cancer.

The water fast would indirectly starve the cancer of sugar which if that correlation has some truth to it could in fact impact cancer remission.

Fasting is one of the best things people can do to help their body out. Too bad the mass majority of fatties out there can't make it 3 hours without shoving junk in their pie hole.
