It was a sad day in my house when my son moved up from a 9' goal to a 10' goal. I tried to play it off as long as possible, but he quickly realized his father didn't really have any hops at all.

I remember when it was cool to either be able to tap the pad at the bottom of the backboard. And you made the panties wet when you could touch the box under the rim.......
