Can we buy liquor delivery in BR?

Seems to be a grey area. Can buy wine/beer but I can't find places that sell hard liquor deliveries.
I'd like a wider selection range than the average store, and enough time to relax and look over the selection from the comfort of my home.

Bleh I was to browse a selection of fine hard liquors at the convenience of my recliner.
Not looking just for a runner to a booze shop.

Have you tried Shipt? I believe they will.

While it would be a great idea in a perfect world, this is Bettin’ Rudge... There’s just no way to make it happen here in the third world.
Uber to the Circle K and then uber back home. There’s your delivery...

Do like my sister did in the 9th grade. Call a taxi. Have him go buy and get what you want at a liquor store. Pay for his fare and give him a tip. Voila.

Getting to the store is not the problem. I want to browse a selection of liquors without being confined to whatever the store has on hand.

Is Drizly not up and running in BR? It’s great, I use it all the time in Nola.

eBay has most stuff just look for the ones that say “empty” bottle. I’ve bought beer off of eBay a bunch of times

Delivering Pizza at Mr Gatti's on Essen in 94, it was not uncommon for people in Gardere area to order pizza IF we could go get them smokes and booze on the way.
Hey, it got us tips in the hood.

A conscientious alcoholic who doesn't want to kill, maim, or get a DUI?

I would think most places will order something for you.

I've had liquor delivered to my home. (Odd stuff not available in BR at the time)
It was unpredictable. once from Texas- no problem, next time they couldn't.
Once from NY- no issue.
Also ok from UK
