Can we all agree that a mandatory “ vacation “ is coming to America?

Seems like you can’t split the difference. Either you go full STOIC like Marcus Aurelius amped up on Tiger blood and cocaine or you totally shut it down like your Aunt Joanie , kick your feet up on the coffee table and binge Netflix with the family unit. And while a week ago it seemed like we would MURICA through this like we don’t give a single frick, it’s clear that the call has been made , a consensus of medical professionals has been reached (?) for us by our institutions. So regardless of your feelings about it , how LIKELY do you think an unprecedented national vacation is headed our way?

just shut the whole frickin country down, everything.

don't let anyone go back to work until its been 6 months with no one coughing or sneezing or has a cold, then and only then can life resume on earth

that's what everyone (DNC, MSM, CDC, WHO) wants

Oh you were mocked and ridiculed, Owlie. I just don’t think that was why you were mocked and ridiculed.

To be fair, that would probably end both the epidemic and the pandemonium surrounding it. The amount of time being spent micromanaging this disease across the country is insane. Instead of rolling out new protocols every 6 hours for the next month, it might be easier to just say "frick it, everyone ho home and dick around for 2 weeks, call us if you're dying."

I work from home, and all of my customers are internet based, so it's work as usual for me.

Let’s just hope Chicken’s hamsters have some natural immunity. I’m not going through my three week forced early retirement without the joy of ignoring the Soccer Board.

Vacation at home? I imagine every hobby we do will be packed with people. Fishing. Parks. Playgrounds. All will have more people

All bets are off of my internet is down of course but otherwise it's not a big deal for me

My wife can't do much of her job remotely. She'd be mostly out of commission.

It will be interesting to see what happens.

I work remotely so no vacation for me. I just really hope they don't shutdown daycare. Working with a toddler running around isn't easy.

I can as well. Unfortunately, my employees cannot and that's going to hurt some.
