What is the 50/50 based on? Current enrollment in public school of students in the St. George area? What happens when private schools kids/parents decide they want to go to public school?

Census data. The under 18, "school aged" population in the st.George area is only 50% white. When you subtract(from the potential student base) kids that will stay in private schools, it is very conceivable that the st.George school system could even be minority white.

The bigger picture item is some type of state tax credit is offered up to offset private school tuition.

That idea has more steam than one would think.....and it culls any talk of a "new city" or new school zones. It helps slow the flight somewhat as well.

Research it yourself. I'll give you a report when you can prove your following claims:

38 million
9+2-2=11
Bodi White withdrew his bill
The annexation is a done deal
Rainey is getting paid
$100k raised
Signatures for 2 years
No SG paperwork filed
BRPD will no longer have mutual aid with Sheriffs

That's what I figured. You're just making it up, like you continue to do about what I've previously posted.

Tell us again how you already had the 18,000 signatures on May 7 but just wanted to have 20,000 before turning in the petition.

I'm still curious as to why the St.G model of Sandy Springs is raising taxes?

They are not in Denham. They have a large facility on I-12 between Denham and Hammond.

Sandy Springs has a lower millage rate, but no homestead exemption, meaning that homeowners in Sandy springs pay far higher amounts of property tax on average. They also have higher average assessed values on their homes and higher average household income, meaning greater per-capita sales tax reciepts.

In other words, more revenue than what St. George would receive under the current tax structure would be needed to replicate the success of the system of government made famous by sandy springs.

You're out of touch. Rainey said two days ago they only have 17,000 signatures. You really need to catch up on the facts.

bullshite and you know it. $1000 check to EBRPSS if you can post a link to where I said we had 18k.

You on the other hand can be quoted as having argued the following lies:

38 million
9+2-2=11
Bodi White withdrew his bill
The annexation is a done deal
Rainey is getting paid
$100k raised
Signatures for 2 years
No SG paperwork filed
BRPD will no longer have mutual aid with Sheriffs
