No the joke is: why doesn't Texas fall off into the gulf? Because Oklahoma sucks. For real though, Oklahoma is such a boring state with a weird midwestern culture that wants to be the deep south very bad and considers themselves southern. Nothing to do. Hot, dry. Whole lotta nothing.
At least Louisiana has culture, mardi gras, crawfish, New Orleans, Saints, LSU football games, best fishing on earth.
